Diving with Scubaspa Ying:
Diving with Scubaspa is a pleasurable, relaxed experience with all dive related activity taking place on a separate dive boat, one accompanying the yacht. This ensures the main vessel is undisturbed by the noise and activity. Approximately 20m in length, the dive boat carries all the equipment, including air compressors and state-of-the-art nitrox; purpose built for comfort, each has plentiful seating, multiple entry points, stern platform and on-board toilet facilities. The yacht are the only vessel in the Maldives awarded PADI 5 Star Dive Resort status. Divers of all abilities are welcomed by the five experienced, multilingual dive masters/instructors and boat crew to enjoy the very best of the Maldives from this luxurious floating resort.
ACCOMMODATION:
Luxury liveaboard diving yachts Scubaspa Ying have been designed to accommodate up to 40 guests. With 10 cabins and nine suites, tastefully decorated and all with panoramic sea view or port lights, guests can choose from queen, king or twin bed combinations. One suite and one cabin sleep up to three people. All have air conditioning and en suite bathrooms with shower.
Manta Suites
Four suites with king-size beds, all with twin bed option and one suite with queen-size bed. Set on the main deck, Manta Suites are Scubaspa’s premium cabins combining comfortable twin or king-size beds with thoughtfully appointed seating areas. Pared back designs feature natural tones and materials whilst large oval panoramic windows set into the hull offer uninterrupted ocean views and total privacy.
Dolphin Suites
Three suites with queen-size beds. Beautifully decorated, the Dolphin Suites are set on the main deck and offer queen-size beds with generous seating areas. Earthy and blue fabrics complement the natural color scheme whilst oval panoramic windows set into the hull offer uninterrupted ocean views and total privacy.
Cowrie Suite
One suite with queen-size bed and sofa bed. The Cowrie Suite nestles snugly in the bow of the lower deck. This special suite has a unique shape with angled, panelled walls. There is a queen-size bed and a lavish ruby-coloured sofa, that can be transformed into a comfortable third bed. As the Cowrie Suite spans the width of the bow it has four opening port lights, and the spacious en suite houses the largest shower on board.
Sea Star Cabins
10 cabins with queen-size bed and one with additional second bed. The spacious Sea Star Cabins are situated on the lower deck. All have a queen-size bed and one features an additional second bed, for three guests sharing. Sensuous driftwood sculptures blend with earthy and jewel tones to provide a relaxing setting. Each Sea Star Cabin is generously fitted with two opening port lights.
SPA:
The asian style 300 m2 Spa is the largest of its kind in the Maldives. Spanning two decks, facilities consist of six treatment rooms, including one for couples’ therapies, a secluded deck for open-air Thai massage or meditation and a shaded spa lounge for relaxation and yoga.
Our therapies use products made with organic ingredients, botanical extracts and essential oils, designed exclusively for Scubaspa. The menu consists of more than 20 treatments including Balinese, Thai, Filipino ‘Hilot’, Ayurvedic, Hawaiian Lomi-Lomi, Warm Bamboo, Lava Shell and Hot Stone therapies. Guests enjoy eight treatments of their choosing over the course of a week.
Yoga
Witness the flow of mind and body, aware of every breath. Inhale the fresh air by our Thai Pavilion. Exhale slowly as your muscles relax. The path to inner peace, with the expert guidance of our yoga masters.
Sunrise Yoga
Enjoy the sounds of the sea and the warmth of the sun while practicing yoga as the sun rises. No experience necessary and all skill levels welcome. This session will include asanas (poses), pranayama (breathing) and meditation. If you are new to Yoga, our introduction is perfect for you.
By practicing simple and easy yogic techniques, the body and mind begin to work in harmony making for a healthier and stress-free life.
Restaurant
Internationally qualified chefs cater to all tastes and dietary requirements with a varied selection of gourmet cuisine. Guests enjoy three buffet style meals daily as well as an a la carte menu, complete with live cooking stations served in the spacious al fresco restaurant at the rear of the main deck. From roast rack of lamb to grilled Atlantic salmon, flaming crêpes suzette to sizzling tapas and an authentic sushi bar, flavors of this tropical island paradise are expertly combined with traditional European and Mediterranean favorites. Indulge in the freshest seafood, juiciest cuts and an array of tropical fruits and vegetables. Fresh lobster, cooked to order, is also available at a small additional cost. Enjoy breakfast whilst watching the sunrise, dine under the stars and relax in the sun over a leisurely lunch. All complemented by a carefully curated global selection of wines and champagnes.
Bar
The welcoming bar is located adjacent to the restaurant, facing the stern and opening onto the shaded lounge deck with access to the bathing platform. Choose from an extensive selection of fine wines and champagnes, or indulge in a choice of exotic cocktails created by the skilled bartenders. A wide range of branded beers, spirits, cordials and liquors are available and a daily Happy Hour heralds the perfect end to a perfect day.
BBQ
Dreams come true with a moonlit BBQ on a sandy beach, and a Scubaspa Ying holiday is no exception. On all cruises, guests experience a desert island BBQ as it should be – on a picture-perfect sandy beach, the azure blue water gently caressing the shoreline, and the day’s catch on the grill.

Floating Resort by Scubaspa allows guests to discover the Maldives above and below the waves, immersing them in one of the most serene locations in the world. Curated to cater for those divers who travel with non-divers and guests with a keen interest in spa travel, Scubaspa offers a luxurious yacht experience. Choose from an itinerary focused on scuba diving, spa, or a combination of the two, meaning non-divers will also enjoy sailing the best spots of the Maldives.

The Scuba Holiday Package is only available for certified divers. If you wish to complete PADI Open Water Course you are required to take Scuba&Spa Holiday Package, this course is only available during 7 Nights Holidays, due to its length and intensity. If you booked the Spa Holiday Package you can request a payable Discover Scuba Diving Course. Those who have selected the Scuba Holiday Package may book chargeable spa treatments, depending on availability.
4-Nights Holidays
Scubaspa Maldives is best experienced with a seven-night cruise offering full spectrum of activities, nevertheless shorter trips are available with our signature four-night packages. During first four nights you will experience all biggest attractions including moonlit BBQ dinner at sandy beach, sunset cocktail, dives with sharks and mantas and whale shark snorkelling on the last morning. The yacht will anchor at Maamigili island on Wednesday at 10:00AM. Maamigili domestic airport (VAM) is connected with Malé (MLE) by short, 30 minutes flight.
The 4-nights packages DO NOT include return flight to Malé.
If you opt to travel back to capital Malé we advise to purchase flight VP609, scheduled at 16:00 via flyme.mv
