MV Manta Queen 6 is a small wooden liveaboard for 12 guests, with 6 air-conditioned twin cabins with bunk beds, each pair of neighboring cabins sharing a shower and toilet. It departs from Phuket, with no drive to Khao Lak.
5 days / 4 nights and 14 dives from October to June: Koh Haa, Hin Daeng and Hin Muang, the Phi Phi Islands, the King Cruiser Wreck and Shark Point. Departures are on Wednesdays from Coco Pier in Phuket. Hotel transfers within Phuket are included.
Route: South Andaman, 5 days / 4 nights, 14 dives
Departure evening (Wednesday). Hotel pick-up from 15:00 to 17:00, boarding at Coco Pier in Phuket from 17:00 to 19:00, dinner and briefing, departure for Koh Haa at around 21:30.
Day 1. Koh Haa: the lagoon, caves and the Chimney, a beach visit and an evening dive.
Day 2. Hin Muang and Hin Daeng, the best chance to see manta rays and whale sharks. An evening dive at Koh Haa.
Day 3. Phi Phi Islands: Koh Bida Nai, Koh Bida Nok, Palong Wall and Turtle Rock, with a stop at Phi Phi in the evening.
Day 4. The King Cruiser Wreck and Shark Point, back at Coco Pier at around 13:30 and transfer to hotels.

Prices are per person for the full 5-day / 4-night trip, in THB. National park fees, equipment rental and Nitrox are charged separately. See the prices below.

Rental prices are for the whole trip. Nitrox is for divers with a Nitrox certification.
Transfers
Transfers from hotels in Phuket to the boat and back are included. If you are staying outside Phuket, please contact us before booking. On the departure day, hotel pick-up by minivan is between 15:00 and 17:00, with boarding at Coco Pier in Phuket from 17:00 to 19:00. Pick-up times depend on your area and will be confirmed 1-2 days before departure. On the last day the boat is back at Coco Pier at around 13:30, followed by transfers to hotels.
Diver requirements
- a certification for dives to 30 meters, PADI Advanced Open Water or higher. If you are an Open Water diver, write to us before booking and we will suggest options
- every diver dives with a dive computer, your own or a rental one
- your certification card or eCard is checked at check-in
- underwater photographers need an Advanced level certification or at least 40 logged dives
- if you have 30 dives or fewer and have not dived for over a year, a pool refresher session is required before the trip. We will confirm the time and price
Booking and payment
Full payment is required to confirm your booking.
Cancellation and changes
- Cancellation 60 days or more before departure: 50% of the trip price is retained.
- Cancellation less than 60 days before departure: no refund.
- If a trip is cancelled or cut short because of the weather or warnings from the authorities, we refund the unused days.
- If the boat operator cancels the trip, everything you have paid is refunded.
- If the guests cannot travel because of force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics), the trip can be moved to other available dates within 24 months free of charge. If the guests cancel the trip instead of moving it, we refund the trip price minus 30%.
- Cancellations must be made in writing.
